- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The trip was great, Mark the guide was great and bus driver was good. But Madelenine Cohen was the worst travel agent I have ever had, she needs to be fired. I would give the trip 5 stars if it wouldn't for her. I wouldn't use her again if I have to work with her.
